2) Linking Your DocuSign Account to SecurityTrax

After we receive the information requested in the previous step, we'll begin linking your instance of SecurityTrax to your DocuSign account. If necessary, we may need to you contact your DocuSign rep to enable 'Document Labels' in the NEW DocuSign interface or 'Envelope Custom Fields' in the CLASSIC DocuSign if we're not able to locate them (you'll be contacted by us if we need your assistance).

Once we establish the link, we'll reach out to you to schedule a time to talk through your specific contract workflow. During this conversation, we'll discuss your contracts, workflow, and how to effectively and efficiently build your DocuSign templates.
